Third-generation hotelier Sebastian has co-led Hotel Schönegg since 2012. With a unique blend of tradition and innovation, he continues his family’s legacy, maintaining the warmth of alpine hospitality while introducing modern touches that enhance the guest experience. His leadership ensures that the Schönegg remains a beloved retreat.
As Assistant to the Owners and F&B Manager, Cornelia oversees restaurant and bar operations, ensuring guests enjoy seamless and memorable experiences, whether dining or staying at the hotel. Beyond F&B, she collaborates with the hotel team to ensure every guest feels truly cared for, leaving lasting memories of their time at Schönegg.
For over 23 years, our head chef has been the heart and soul of the kitchen, blending classic French cuisine with modern fusion elements. Originally from Germany, his passion for locally-sourced ingredients reflects his dedication to sustainability and alpine culture. With his warm personality and meticulous attention to detail, he ensures every guest enjoys a unique and memorable dining experience.
Laura not only brings her passion for hospitality but also a creative flair and strong organizational skills. Having grown up in the industry, she knows the ins and outs of the business.
