Our Rubato wines represent a unique collaboration born from friendship and a shared passion for the region. Crafted by Sebastian from Schönegg, Hans from the cozy mountain restaurant Blatten, Sacha from the beloved Restaurant Le Gitan, and Ugi from the lively Adlerhitta, together with winemakers Ludovic Zermatten and David Delea, Rubato captures the essence of Valais and Ticino.

Rubato Rosso

Bold and Harmonious

The Rubato Rosso combines 50% Cornalin du Valais and 50% Merlot del Ticino. This blend merges the robust structure and spice of Cornalin with the smooth, fruity notes of Ticino’s Merlot, resulting in a harmonious red wine with depth and character. Rubato Rosso is ideal for sociable evenings and pairs excellently with hearty meat dishes and aged cheeses.

Color: Deep ruby red
